Store Manager
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations, cultivate a positive team culture, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in food service or retail management (coffee or ice cream experience a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Availability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends
Oversee daily café operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service
Lead, train, and support staff to foster a motivated, customer-focused team
Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering to maintain smooth operations
Handle cash management, deposits, and basic financial reporting
Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the café
Collaborate with ownership to execute promotions, events, and new menu items
Model excellent customer service and maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere
